How to contact staff with best chance of success

People often go "any gms here?" or similar.
Staff NEVER replies to those, because most people would love to chat about things with staff, that the staff might not have time with.
Suprisingly often, people want to chat about ideas/suggestions or to complain about problems/changes.
Those are not to be done by trying to talk directly to staff, but go on public places, if necessary create threads on the forum.
Suggestions and things that would need changes to work out, is never decided by staff, but it always has to go through the community first and get a larger reaction to it.
It NEVER happens that staff gets a suggestion and it's added into game, it always goes through the community first.
So please, never seek out staff to give suggestions, present your suggestion in a public place such as forum or discord.
Then it will reach the staff's attention and we'll see the communitys reaction to it.
If you need staff for problems or other things you think needs immediate attention.
Be clear about it, write in same line what you want and what it's concerning.
So, instead of "GM here?",
say for example:
"Any GM here? I need to talk with you about an NPC that sell an item cheaper than he buys it!"
A good addition to this topic, is checking out: FAQ -Admin isn't ignoring anyone on purpose.
